RBPMW invites members to submit work to a special exhibition juried by Devraj Dakoji. Members of the workshop know Devraj in many hats: teacher, mentor, printer, artist, friend. We're lucky to have his experienced eye guiding our upcoming show, which will be hosted by the Ink Shop Printmaking Center in Ithaca, NY. Devraj Dakoji was born in Dharmojudan, Andhra Pradesh, and has exhibited in galleries and museums throughout the world. He was appointed as Chief Supervisor of Graphic Studios, Dept. of Art in New Delhi in 1977 and as Commissioner of the 2nd Graphic International Print Biennial, Bhopal in 1991. He has been a part of Robert Blackburn Printmaking Workshop for many years, teaching many classes, organizing international portfolios and printing for Robert Blackburn while he was alive.
